You will:

  • Write and post ads regarding various technical vacancies
  • Source potential candidates via social networks
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders during the whole candidate selection process
  • Compose job offers
  • Promote company’s culture and values
  • Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records and documents
  • Issue employment contracts
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist employee inquires
  • Conduct or assist employee onboarding process

 

If you have

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a technical recruiter and/or HR assistant
  • Understanding of the current technology trends and ability to explain job requirements
  • Previous experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with various approaches to recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
